Light (infrared rays) heat sensor

High sensitive samobairu-type light (infrared rays) sensor which it carried newly detects the lowest state temperature directly. Furthermore, by synergy with four temperature sensors, we detected temperature of the lowest state quickly and shortened preheat time. In addition, 200 degrees Celsius can keep a fixed temperature of the lowest state including cooking of deep-fried food which is right temperature 150 degrees Celsius.

As four places of sensors watch bottom widely, "4 sensors of relief" detect gap and transformation of pan and control safely so that the lowest state temperature does not abnormally go up.


Timing when decisive factor of taste of steak and saute thing puts heat and ingredients. "Right temperature signature" detects preheat of pan and will tell by liquid crystal display, melody, sound.

※Condition is to frying pan (pan) which is usable with "steak" of "saute" by right temperature cooking. Preheat takes time when we use thing of condition unexpectedness, and right temperature may not have temperature of pan. Because temperature control function acts definitely, please cook "deep-fried food" (temperature control of deep frying) using tempura hot pot which is attached (or another For Sale) by all means. It is only HT-C series (HT-C20T, C10T, C9T, C8 series) to be able to cope with 200 g of small quantity oil.

※Condition is in pan which is usable by automatic kettle, automatic cooking rice by automatic cooking. We cannot correct water boiler and cooking rice when we use thing except condition as temperature control function does not act definitely.
