We established the nation's first technique that KYUHEN received support of Fukuoka recycling synthesis study industrialization center and recycled used insulating oil in Kyushu Institute of Technology and collaborative investigation. (patent No. 6840325)
By this approach, we contribute to realization and CO2 reduction of recycling society.

What is insulating oil recycling?

Insulating oil recycling is technique to reuse used insulating oil reproduction collected from transformer in pillar in transformers in new pillar. This technique contributes to the formation of recycling society by environment-conscious process not to exhaust hazardous waste at all.

  We established technique to reproduce used insulating oil to new oil equivalency level. Conventionally, the use as fuel was mainstream, but we removed deterioration thing using special adsorbent in KYUHEN and realized high-quality recycling insulating oil which met Japanese Industrial Standards (JISC2320) of electric insulating oil. In this way, we offer high reliability while reducing new input.

  Contribution to CO2 reduction

  Unlike use of conventional fuel, it is undertaken an enterprise by method that minimized environmental load. CO2 reduction effect of about 1,500 tons a year is anticipated (in the case of 1,000kL a year processing). We reduce financial burden and contribute to the making of sustainable society.
