We work well and rest well. Work-life balance a harmony of work and the life, is important to enable workers to make use of their full abilities. Kyuhen aims to create a worker-friendly work environment and prove satisfaction of workers by enhancement of paid vacation system, raising children and looking after elderly system and so on. No overtime day system is also established.

It is made with structure to connect with new vitality and makes efforts in while making use of the most suitable placement of employee, will and ability of employee each one including the technical succession by reemployment of retired employee in as to employment, and sharing technology that we cultivated in all the companies. In addition, about the workplace environment, we maintain employee parking lot again and carry out smooth measure.

Regarding worker's welfare, we steadily expand it year after year. We built a new lodging facility "Yamashitako Lodge" for Kyuhen group members in Yufuin, Oita prefecture in 2011. Employees and their family and the member of relative companies can use it. Users enjoy the plan that plying golf at the golf course nearby and camping at night.

The one-room type dormitory for singles in fully equipped with a dining room, a big bathroom and a recreation room (Japanese style room). Besides, the cafeteria for workers in head office is highly evaluated as reasonable and delicious and especially all-you-can-eat salad and reasonable set meals are popular.

We support circle activity generously such as track and field, baseball, soccer. tennis, Nor song and Shigin(reciting Chinese poems) and they are doing well inside and outside of the company. Not a few circles are ranked high in some tournament.

We make the best use of the result of a survey on the degree of employee satisfaction and create a personnel management system to improve conation and abilities of employees.

Human resources are the biggest property for company. We take various measures to establish an organization and system to enable workers to use all of their abilities and develop their conation and abilities steadily. Even if measure is excellent, it could be a situation od "Castle in the air" in case a company policy and an employee's intention do not match. So KYUHEN conducts a questionnaire survey to ask all workers about the degree of their satisfacton, Then we are based on the employee's intention and demand from the survey and promote creation of more practical and effective personnel management system for improvement of employee's satisfaction.

If policy of company and intention of employee bite no superior measure, it can be to rice cake which we wrote to picture. Therefore we carry out questionary survey in quest of satisfaction targeting at all the employees in KYUHEN. We push forward construction of more practical and effective personnel system to be based on intention and request of employee highlighted in investigation, and to plan improvement of employee satisfaction.

The KYUHEN education charter

  1. Purpose of education
    The purpose of education is to develop human growth and ability growth of every worker for self-realization through work.
  2. Education philosophy
    Our education policy is "Building human resources which is creative and full of challenging spirits" and we conduct education based on desire for promotion of every worker and intention about education of society and supervisor and so on.
  3. Education content
    We conduct both an awareness education, which aims human development, and knowledge and technology education, which is necessary for doing business.
  4. The promotion system of education
    Employees are basically educated based on "On the Job Training". General affairs department promotes education about human development and common abilities of workers and each department promotes education about specialized knowledge, techniques and skills of the departetment.
  5. Posture of employee
    Employee always must have awareness and the spirit of self-advancement as a member of KYUHEN and try to do self-study and mutual-study.
  6. The duty of top management, manager and employee about education of juniors
    Top management,manager and employee must recognize that education of Juniors are their important duty and educate juniors always with affection and strictness.
  7. Evaluation and inflection of education result
    We aim to further growth of employees and development of the company by proper evaluation of the education result and making use of it through an opportunity of display.
  8. Promotion of whole group education
    We make effort to give whole education by communication of opportunity and so on for development of whole KYUHEN group.
