Personal information protection basic policy

 We set personal information protection basic policy as follows that we recognize importance of personal right profit and deal with personal information (note 1) appropriately and plan common knowledge thorough to officer, employee and act for protection of appropriate personal information.

  1. We observe laws and ordinances about personal information, other social models and our personal information protection management official regulations and others regulations.

  2. We manage personal information appropriately and we wear unauthorized access, leak, loss again and carry out safety management measures for risk of loss.

  3. It deals with personal information appropriately as follows.

    • (1) Identification of the use purpose, notice, public announcement

      We identify the use purpose of personal information concretely as possible. We notify the person after the acquisition immediately or publish whether you announce the use purpose on the personal information acquisition beforehand.

    • (2) The acquisition, the handling

      We acquire personal information by appropriate means and handle within the use purpose that we identified. But we perform identity verification when we receive offer of personal number. In addition, we cancel personal number (note 2) immediately or delete when it does not need the use.

    • (3) Offer to third party

      We do not offer personal data (note 3) to third party without agreement of the person except cases such as business consignments. But we do not offer personal number to third party unless we fix for laws and ordinances.

    • (4) Response to request for notice, disclosure

      As a general rule, if there are any proposal from the person, we cope for notice of the use purpose, request for disclosure, correction, addition and deletion, suspension, removal, third party offer stop of data about possession personal data (note 4) without delay.

  4. We inspect approach of personal information protection regularly and plan improvement.

  5. After caused investigation, we take prompt corrective action on solving the problem by oneself when serious complaints occur, and top management plans prevention of recurrence and performs quick and correct information disclosure.   2. We do not offer personal information of customer to third party without being customer, and obtaining the front's consent beforehand. But it is excluded in any of each next issue.

    • a.When it is based on laws and ordinances

    • b.When it is necessary for protection of human life, body or property, and it is difficult to obtain customer's consent

    • c.When it is necessary for promotion of sanitary improvement or healthy upbringing of child in particular, and it is difficult to obtain customer's consent

    • d.When it is necessary to cooperate for person who received engine of country or local public entity or the trust accomplishing desk work to set of laws and ordinances and might affect accomplishment of the desk work concerned by obtaining customer's consent

    • e.When we consign the handling of personal information as far as it is necessary for the achievement of the use purpose

    • f.When, with the succession of business by merger or other reasons, we offer personal information

  3. We may provide in personal information of customers such as the name to be necessary when we perform operation in cooperation with our group companies and the workplace and home address, phone number, FAX number, e-mail address in the group companies concerned. In this case we offer personal information of customer in paper medium or electronic medium. In addition, customer can request from us to stop offer of personal information to our group companies.

  4. Record (including recording) may do call content to reply exactly when customer contacts us on the telephone.

Request to customer

  1. Most of service that we provide are available without needing personal information of customer.
    But please note that there is service that we cannot offer when customer cannot offer personal information to us.

  2. About safe securing of personal information in website except us where are linked to from our website, please note that our company cannot take responsibility.

  3. When customer is our website, and personal information is input, it becomes premise to have you agree to "about this handling of personal information protection".
